: : How old is your information about Don Babb?I didn't think he was still producing any bodies from his place in Palmdale, California (just north of Los Angeles.)

: : He was the only guy I know who ever made copies of the Deluxe Phaeton body in steel.I never saw one, but you're right; for $5-6K, they BETTER be good!

: : Let me know if he's still in business - his old business address is no longer in the phone book.
: bet you right...I talked to a hot rodder last night and he told me about some legal problems that Babb was having...somthing about delivery..
: Anyhow this guy was telling me about Brookville roadster bodys and said they were perfect...and that he couldent tell them from original bodys...I will have to see that...but anyway he thought they were the best...

Hi Joel..

If you can't find a good metal roadster body, I think Wescotts (in Boring, Oregon) or Gibbon Fiberglass (in Gibbon, Nebraska) may still be making them.I think Wescotts makes the best fiberglass fenders there is.
