Why not use pressure treated plywood? (which is available at many lumberstores for a modest premium over the price of regular plywood) You'll have to use your wood floorboard as a pattern but once created, painted and installed, it'll last for 40 years and give you appearance and performance (thermal and acoustical) similar to the original.

: I have heard about stamped metal replacement floorboards. Please give info regarding manufacturer or distrubutors.
