I recommend the 161 degree thermostat from Brattons. Part number A 8257. This unit is welded to the end of a 1" lonf stainless steel thin wall pipe. I've tried both the 160 and 180 degree units and prefer the 160 one. I'm sure you'll find something in a parts shop, but this one installs easily and with a hose clampr around it, does not shift its positon.
