1931 model A, Value?

My brother-in-law's father passed away leaving a Model A sitting in the garage. The car was purchased in original condition, then rebuilt as a roadster with a V8. All of the original parts are still available. The roadster was then in a "fender bender", and repaired. The car has been sitting in the garage for approximately 30 years. Although it would most likely need to be rebuilt, everything is in good condition (even the original stock parts). Can anyone give me any insight as to what the value of this car might be?
