Warford Trans Identification

I'm looking for information on a Warford Transmission an acquaintance found at a garage sale.It's stamped Plant #2
Syracuse NY 2020 1 156614.There's a six bolt cover plate over what appears to be a PTO hookup. Can anyone tell me what application and year this might be for?Thanks.
