Horn Identification

I am restoring a '31 Closed Cab Pickup.The horn looks like a Model a horn but when I went to replace the horn Diaphram, the standard replacement was the wrong size.Close inspection revealed the following on the plate:"North East, XM-5120, 6 volts, Made in Rochester, NY".The diaphram plate measures
5 1/2 inches across.Can anyone help identify what type of car it came from and where can I purchase the right size diaphram?
