I've personally been thinking of getting one out right because I haven't found any rebuildables nowhere near 50 bucks and when I do there rusted beyond repair (but they are original, How many times have you heard that one?!!!).

: During November, I posted a message describing what happened while driving my 1930 Std. Coupe. Upon disassembling the rear-end, my fears became reality. The pinion ring lost a tooth and wedged it between itself and the differential housing, but not before it took lots of metal off of the castle nut and some of the pinion gear. Yuk. How much of this stuff is available, or should I try to find a complete/working rear-end? Help!
