60 thousanths over refers to the cylinder bores which are 0,060" larger in diameter than "Standard" which is 3.875".
You can go all the way to 0.120" over on a "A" block, so 60 thousanths is about middle of the road.

In other words - no problem.

You'll want to drive the car and make sure the engine is smooth at least up to 45 MPH.Drive it far enough to get it up to temperature and make sure that strange sounds (knocks or heavy pounding) don't occur, and that it will sustain at least 45 mph without overheating. It should also settle down to a low idle reliably when you stop. Then shut it off, and watch the underside and see how much oil it dumps out of the back of the motor.Up to a tablespoonful is typical. More is indicative of main bearing problems.
