Cowl lights were standard equipment starting in 1929 on the Town Car, the Town Sedan, and the Cabriolet. They became a dealer supplied accessory for standard cars in March 1929. If you are going for show, the cowl lights on your tudor would be incorrect. However,if you plan to use the car as a driver, then you may consider installing a turn signal kit and using them as turn signals. I have seen this on several cars in our local club and it works much better than using hand signals.
