Wiper Hole

According to the MAFCA/MARC Judging Standards and Restoration Guidelines in section 20, 1929 Tudors used ELECTRIC wipers from January until about August and VACUUM wipers from June to December.You probably should first determine which your car had and which you want to use.

If there's a vacuum tube from the intake manifold to the firewall, chances are yours is a late 1929.If there's evidence of a wire near the wiper location, it was probably electric.

Don't know why there's no hole, unless some wipers could have been mounted ABOVE the windshield frame.
