what tires and rims may fit

A friend of mine hasfrve white wall tires and rims and he does not know what they fit. The tires are 5.25/5.50-18 whitewalls. They are on metal spoke rims with four lig holes. They are in great shape and he wants 250.00 for all five. I you know what they may fit please email me at gepippin@gte.net.
