Also check at scale model Railroad stores, and hobby shops that cater to doll house collectors.Both the model RR and doll house hobbyists do a lot of period stuff from the early 1900's, so early Fords are very common in their displays.The model RR people probably have metal models of an A in 1:220 (Z scale), 1:160 (N scale), 1:87 (H0 scale), 1:64 (S scale), 1:48 (O scale), and 1:22.5 (G scale).I think I recently saw a die-cast 1:43 scale model A delivery truck at a hobby shop here in Milwaukee. I'm not a model RR'er, but have friends who are, and have a chart on my wall with those RR scales listed. mike. |
