AH - hard tire syndrome -

Step 1: Remove ALL the tires
Step 2: Burn them
Step 3: replace tires and live happily ever after.

As I've said before,"A" tires go dry before they wear out, and any tire more than 5-6 years old is TOO OLD!!!

If they're so far gone they're out of round, they certainly won't transfer weight properly, and all the alignment in the world won't make it drive right.

When I bought my Microbus, it had tires that even looked good, and I tried to use them the car was all over the road, and nothing helped until I junked the old rubber.Same with the '30 Tudor a fellow at work bought, tires looked good, but were 11 years old - wander, shimmey, lousey ride.New rubber, problem all gone.
