More on Insert engines!!!!

Ok, I've been reading the discussion of converting babbit to inserts.Several references have been made to articles in long dead volumes of the publications.Please help those of us who don't have any of those things.Other than the obvious, (ie machining the crank, casing and rods to accept inserts, what else is involved?It would seem that some method of pressurizing the lubrication is necessary.How is this done?The A oil pump can probably supply sufficient pressure but how do you get pressurized oil flow to the mains?What do you do for the rod bearings.It almost sounds like it may not be worth it.Install a mustang/pinto if inserts is what you gotta have.
