Shock Arms Wanted

Im looking for late 1930 shock arms with the shallow boss at the clamping end and arced design front arms (not angled). The arms I am looking for have markings on the outward face of the arm.
Front: HEF-340
Rear:HEF-341
The lettering varies from 1/8" to 5/16" tall or a combination. If anyone can help, please e-mail me description.
