Bill,
It sounds like the number you have provided is from a Jan. 1929 engine. Even if it were the correct engine, all the engines were built at the Rouge plant and there is no record of where the engines were shipped.
A small percentage of bodies had a number stamped on the metal cross sill of the floor just behind the front floor board. This number would be something like SFA 533 (San Francisco).
If yours has such a number then we can determine part of the trail.
