There is a kit of fittings and master cylinder/mount, emergency brake stuff available from:

He uses '39 - '48 drums/backing plates in the conversion and can supply them, but they're expensive from him.
He has an excellent little book on conversion which is worth the cost.
With his method, NO mods are required to the chassis so you can get back if you want.
