G'day Mike,
I heard a similar one to Paul's, apparently made by Gary Player on the golf course after playing a particularly brilliant shot, someone commented Wow! that was a lucky shot, to which he replied "You know the more I practice the luckier I get". Best of luck & keep practicing. (at whatever you enjoy).
