Brian,
I have a Boyce meter such as you describe on one of my cars. While I do not have an extra Accessory Nut(headbolt), I have measured the one in use.It is made of 3/4" hex stock.Overall length is 2 9/16".The bottom is drilled and tapped to 7/16x20 to fit the Head stud. The top end is machined down 9/16" to make the hex part 2" long. The 9/16" portion is machined to 7/16 diameter and threaded to fit the knurled nut on the sensor.Measure the threads inside the nut to determine proper thread size.Since this is a dry sensor, the inside of the accessory nut is hollow and the sensor slips easily into it. The unit is cadmium plated.Hope this helps.
Have fun!
Paul
