You didn't say where he lives, but I'd suggest you contact one of the Model A clubs in a town near you.
The Model A Ford Club of America has chapters all over the world.Their web site has a list of those chapters with addresses, and in some cases, an e-mail contact.
Also on that site are a list of over 100 members with e-mail addresses from all over the world.
