Bill, I installed the float-a-motor kit earlier this year because of the same problem of broken rear motor mounts!I own two cars now. One with the kit, the other without. My car with the kit has a noticable difference. The motor vibration is reduced considerably!As for strength, I haven't run into any problems yet, but I haven't hit a pothole either!The kit seems to fit well and there isn't any noticable flex on the frame in the rear mount area and it does give a smoother ride!
