ELITE jack?

I was supplied with a jack to go with my Canadian RHD 55B Tudor. The Model A Ford judging standards book (Australian edition) does not list the jack but this may be because it does not recognise American or Canadian tools or perhaps the jack is what an Aussie would call a "ring in".
Does the infobelow sound familiar to any cognozenti out there?

Markings on the handle are ELITE MFG CO. on one side and the other side SHLANDO 4NX. The handle is about 11 inches long.
The body is about 10 inches high with a 4 by 2 1/2 " base plate with no markings and space for a thread inside.

The top end of the body has a 2 1/2 inch or sogear wheel with 2NX cast inside the wheel.
The thread inside the body is about one inch diameter 8 TPI and about 12inches long. A small gear sits at the top and engages with the 2NX gear on the top of the body.
Can anybody help?
