| In the book "The Ford Model A as Henry Built It" by by DeAngelis, Francis, and Henry starting on page 92, there's a picture and description of the 1928 Special Coupe. This car was produced from June 1928 to July 1929 and was really a standard coupe with an artifical leather top. The book mentioned is a "standard reference" book that many Model A restorer refer to for information and restoration guidelines.Most any large bookstore can get it for you, as can many Model A parts suppliers.Also sold by Classic Motorbooks, Minneapolis MN. |
