I recommend that you ask a used book store to do a book search for you to locate a copy of the book "Maniford Destiny".It may take a little while but they can usually come up with a copy of an out of print book.There is a small charge but then the book is used and therefore cheaper than new.I have a copy of the book.It is paperbacked, 113 pages, and has only about 36 recipes. It cost $7.95 new.
