Ken, Did you ever get a response to your question? I just got my hands on one today. Only thing missing that you descibe is the Pat, date. Where is that located??

: Patent dates on it are May 13 1913, March 17 1914, July 16 1918, and August 131918.
: There ar 4 screws on each side that are holding the thick lens onto each side of the Boyce Moto Meter.
: This is not a reconditoned Moto Meter! It looks old but is in excellent shape for it's age.
: Question- IS THIS MOTO METER WORTH ANYTHING?
