Caution

Having just installed Microsofts Internet Explorer 4.o version a problem has arisen in getting to some of the posts on this board. When the title is short, the cursor will not change to the hand symbol allowing me to read the item. I have sent Microsoft a problem report, but guess they are to busy paying fines to respond. Anyone else having this problem and have you found a solution?
