Larry, You should be able to get number sized drill bits at a good hobby shop. You may want to get a holder for the drill bit as they are very small and could break. Here are some jet drill sizes that I found in the Jan/Feb 1985 issue of the Restorer: Sea level to 2,999 feet- Main-63, Cap-62, Idle-75, Comp-65 3,000 to 5,000 feet- Main-64, Cap-63, Idle-75, Comp-65 Above 5,000 feet- Main-65, Cap-64, Idle-75, Comp-66 Keep in mind that these are for a Model "A" Zenith and I don't know if they would apply to a "B" carb. You can solder the oversize jets as Mike mentioned and drill to size. Let us know how you make out. Dave. |
