: replicas are out there.I just purchased a repro book at a swap meet in Claremore OK (where the wind comes sweeping down......) from the traveling Model A parts salesman from Battlefield MO.You might try to give him a call @ (417)882-7923.It was not expensive ($5.50) as I recall and is an interesting and quaint artifact (or resonable facsimile).Let us know how you make out.
