: Found two stripped studs on rear hub.Can it be repaired by removing old studs and pressing in new ones or do you have to start with new hub? Thanks

G'Day Bob,
It's not necessary to get a new hub but you should be careful removing the old ones as the have a collar on them & the end is swaged once it's pressed into the hub. The hub should be supported around the head of the stud when pressing out by either a piece of thick wall tubing or a deep socket wrench which the head will fit into. Once a new stud has been fitted it should also be swaged. (I see Snyder's sell both the studs & swaging tool.)
Regards
DJ.
