Need '29 front fender

I have found that the fenders on my '29 pickup have different measurements to the holes where the fender bracket attaches. What I mean by this is that the different measurements willeffectively place the headlight bar either forward or aft of each other by about 1/2". I didn't realize that there were any changes to the front fenders in the 28-29 model period other than the early 28 documented in the MAFCA Judging standards. Anyone have any info on this?
In any case I am looking for a passenger side front fender for my '29. I am located in Placerville, CA. (Near Sacramento).
