G'Day Malcolm,
According to the latest judging standards which now has a supplement covering the Canadian models you engine was manufactured in April '29. There's a guy called Dave Sturges doing research on chassis/body numbers, check replies on this bulletin board around July 15. Will E.Mail you direct some other info I have.
