What makes it a Town Sedan ??

I have a 1930 Ford Model A with a Briggs body.I have been told that this particular car is the Town Sedan.
Can anybody supply me any information on what to look for that would classify it as such.It is a 4door three window.
The rear seat has an armrest in the center and this is why I was told it was the Town Sedan.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
