Rear half subrails

Hello, Can anyone tell me the correct location to drill the rear body block bolt hole? I've replaced the subrails in the back of my 30 coupe and there is no hole to put the bolt through! I was hoping to drill from the top and was hoping someone would havea measurement of the correct position for drilling. A measurement from the fender well would be greatly appreciated! I can't stand the thought of removing the rear spring to drill from the bottom! As always THANK YOU! Dean Travis
