Wow, that will be tough.The Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA) web site has some production data, broken down into US and "other" manufacture.I don't remember if "just Canada" was part of it.As I recall, that infomation was published in the book "Henry's Lady".
Another MAFCA member is compiling data on Canadian information and that page is also on the MAFCA site - perhaps you could contact him directly; his e-mail address should be with the article.
