Sorry I won't be of much more help, but I just relocated cross-country (Calif -> Wisconsin) and all my books are still
in boxes.
There is a book on commercial options for the AA's, and probably has a photo or two of something close to what you have.I believe it is a yellow-to-gold colored hardcover book.
