Malcolm,
I was only looking at the U.S. produced Model As initially,However, some of the Canadian assembled cars have bodies with assembly plant numbers indicating they were made in the U.S. at Buffalo and probably Dearborn. While I did not intend to collect Canadian cars, guess I now must do so.The letter/s prceding the number for U.S. produced cars indicates the assembly plant. They are generally one, two or three letters. The two and three lettered ones are fairly easy to equate to their assembly plant, however the single lettered assembly plant numbers are more difficult.I hope to have a letter published in one of the forthcoming isssues of the Restorer with findings to date and an appeal to collect more numbers. My guess would be that your car may have been assembled in either East Windsor or Winnipeg. This is just a guess as like I said I have not studied Canadian numbers as yet.
Thanks for taking the time to send your number,
Dave.
