Jack,
There's a good lube chart printed in the Owners Manual.If you didn't get one with your car, contact your local Model A Ford Parts Supply for one.
If you don't know where to find one, check the list on the Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA) web site on the "References" page.
Your Model A supplier probably has a 24"x36" lube chart you can get and hang on the wall of your garage.
