HELP: Leaky Gas Tank

PleaseHelp,I've developed a small leak in my Gas Tank on the right side seam along the cowl panel.Any ideas. Can i put in some tank sealer without removing the TANK--if i jack upthe CAR on the LEFT side to allow sealer to run over to right side seam?ANY COMMENTS would be appreciatedThanks,
