Regarding your search for the AA speedometer parts...
I don't have any big tips, but there's a list of Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA) members who can send/receive e-mail on the MAFCA web site.The cars they own and their special Model A interests are sited there too.
Once you access the "Members" page, use your browser's "find" button and search for "AA".You'll see the member's information including their e-mail address. You can compose a "AA parts needed" message and send it to each of them.You may get some "hot leads". Good Luck
