: I have two oil pans for my 1930 A, the splash pan in one of them has 8 holes drilled in it & the other one has only the distick & oil pump apertures. My question is which one is correct?, was the drilled one a modification or has this come from a different year oil pan?.

The pan with the oil pump clean out is a 28.Long live the 28's.
