Paul,
This is one of the most asked questions.As far as I know there is not a source of patterns for the wood on any Model As.However you do have options in replacing the wood.
First you can join a local club and find someone locally who has the old wood from a car like yours and use it to make new wood.There are also several sources of kits that include all of the wood.It is not cheap (around $1000) but it will allow you to restore the car. Most of the Model A parts houses carry the kits.
I have heard that Ford did not have 'blueprints' of the body wood.Each part was copied from a master part.Therefore no dimentional information is available today. This is hear-say so I do not know if it is true.
