There is an excellent book written by an old time Model A'er by the name of Paul Moller.It is entitled "The Model A Ford Carburetors".While most of the book covers the Zenith-Holley carburetors, the later edition (at least the revised edition anyway) has a section on the Tillotson Model X.I have one of these also but haven't gotten into it yet.This book is published by: Lincoln Publishing Co., Inc.

I'm sure several of the full line Model A parts vendors have books including this one.But I do know that Walt Bratton's catalog lists it for $6.Give him a call at 800-255-1929.
