This is a very hard question to answer without seeing the car. A real rough guess would be $1000 to $5000 depending on how many parts need to be found or replaced. The top is a very important part of the Cabriolet, not the wood but the metal parts. There are several sources for all of the wood, imcluding the top, but certain metal brackets, hinges and trim pieces are very hard to find. It also depends on what you mean by complete.I have seen cars that were called complete that had missing parts such as shocks, seats, glass, window trim etc. The amount of body work needed is also important. You can look in Hemmings Motor News to get an estimate of what the asking price is for Model As. The Cabriolets are usually priced at the higher end since 'open' cars are in more demand. You should tell us where you are maybe someone reading this is close enough to you to come look at the car.As Rick will tell you you can also contact a local chapter of MAFCA (http://www.mafca.com) or MARC (http://www.modelaford.org) and get more help than you want. MAFCA tend to have more local chapters on the west coast and MARC have more on the east coast.
