The other two answers you got offered pretty good advice.I just want to add that if I were you, I'd disassemble the entire front end and inspect all the parts for wear.

The caster and camber on a Model A's front end is not user adjustable - it's set at the factory and only a few good blasts into curbs or stone walls can bend something to screw it up.

However, you can and should adjust the "toe-in" of the front wheels.The toe-in should be about 1/16".The distance between the front edges of your tires should be 1/16" less than the distance between the back edges.A tape measure and a friend are all that's needed to check it yourself.This probably won't make the shimmy go away, but it'll make the car a little easier to steer and perhaps make the tires wear longer.
