I'd use the dark blue color.And it should come close to the blue on the 28-30 radiator emblems.

One trick I used when using the little jars of blue I got from my local Model A supplier

Take the clamps off the car and position them so that the surface faces up.Thoroughly clean the indented portions.Mix up the paint well with a 16-penny nail or some other clean stirring object that you can discard when you're done.

When you're done stirring the paint, take the nail out of the jar and let the paint roll off it onto the intented sections of the clamp.Keep getting more paint on the nail and let it drip on the clamp.The paint will ooze out to the edges, leaving a smooth edge and brushless finish.

When you're done, the paint will look better than the decals did when they were new!
