Mike is correct about there not being a rear main seal.However there is a tube that is screwed into the bottom of the rear main that directs the oil back into the pan and not out the back of the engine.Some times this tube is missing or pluged up.If you replace the pan seal you should check that the tube is there and not pluged.If the rear main is worn then the oil just leaks out the back of the engine.The mains can be tightened up by removing shims but it is tricky because when you remove a shim the bearing is now oval and not round.So it should then be reamed to bring it back to round.

If it is only a small leak put a oil pan under it and have fun driving your car.
