It has been reported in the National Model A magazines that because Henry never threw anything away, he mixed all the leftover paint he had to paint the engines.Maybe hard to believe, because the fenders were Japan black enamel, and the body colors wer nitrocellulose lacquer.The articles also said that there were two shades of green, one being a little bluer that the other.The older Judging Standards allowed both. Not sure about the newer ones.Gaslight has a good quality green engine paint in pint cans that has exceptional gloss.Kind of a strange question, though..
