It sends out a newsletter 4 times a year and all previous newsletters can be purchased.There is a lot of information in the news letters.You can also send in questions and they will be answered or published in the next newsletter.I think the dues are around $10 per year and a well worth it.I do not know about Canadian assembly plants but if you friend car was manufacured in Canada it should have an engine number that starts with CA rather than A.Also look on the firewall just below the paten plate.There should be a body plate from Briggs that has a body number on it.
