Q. Drag Link adjustments

How do you go about tightening the drag links? The former owner of my 1930 closed cab replaced everyhing including the Pitman Arm. I have no cotterpins in as of this time.I sure would appreciate some advice on how far in end bolts go. I also need to know what it looks like inside the drag links.
