Rear Window Frame on 82b Closed Cab Pickup

This question came up in our Dayton Buckeye Model A Ford Club. It is in regard to how to put bolts around the rear window frame on a 82B. Does anyone know what method Ford Motor Company would have used to attach the 22 small bolts around the rear window frame? Considering ford's assembly line procedures, it is hard for us to think of what device or tool they would have had to put these bolts in. If you were a little child with samll hands it would be difficult to put the nut and lockwasher behind the flange on the rear of the cab window.
